In connection with the introduction of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), we need your consent for further processing of your personal data. Below you will find a full range of information on this subject.

Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws 119/1, 4/05/2016, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), we inform you that the Administrator of your personal data will be iPS S.A. with its address at: ul. Poznańska 23-25, 62-020 Jasin, National Court Register No. 0000361351 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). You can contact the Administrator by mail to the address given above or in an electronic form to the following address: GDPR (in the Internet domain) ipscontrol.pl.

Your personal data will be used by the Administrator only for the purpose of:

    • Fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions arising from the applicable laws,
    • Exercising the rights and obligations of the Administrator related to providing services and information to the user, including services provided electronically,
    • Any possible presentation to the user of additional benefits related to cooperation with the user by the Administrator
    • Making contact by the Administrator with the user on business and marketing matters
    • Internal analytics conducted by the Administrator,
    • Providing services electronically

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations under the applicable law, and also the processing of personal data related to legitimate interests of the Administrator.


The personal data provided by the user will be made available to persons directly involved with the Administrator in matters related to maintaining relations with the user and persons managing the Administrator’s company, and may be made available to external entities supporting the implementation of contracts/services that the Administrator has concluded service contracts with. Your personal data may also be transferred by the Administrator to public institutions in order to fulfill the public-law obligations binding the Administrator.


Your personal data will be at the Administrator’s disposal until you withdraw your consent to their processing, and also after this period for the period required by applicable laws or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or assert the Administrator’s rights. At any time, you have the right to access, rectify, supplement, delete your personal data, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data. If you withdraw your consent at any time, this does not affect the compliance of the data processing, which was made on the basis of the consent granted by you prior to its withdrawal, with the applicable law.


You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you decide that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the Administrator with your personal data will make it impossible for the Administrator to communicate with you and provide you with services, offers, and information.


Your personal data may be processed both in an automated and a non-automated manner; however, you will not be subject to profiling under any circumstances.

The administrator will process the following categories of your personal data: first and last name, contact details (email, telephone number, data related to other forms of electronic communication), data of the entity for which you work with the address and contact details of this entity.

Your personal data will be used by the Administrator only for the purpose of:

    • Fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions arising from the applicable laws,
    • Exercising the rights and obligations of the Administrator arising from the conclusion of your contract with the Administrator or a contract concluded with the Administrator by the entity for which you work,
    • Maintenance and development of the Administrator’s company, which should be understood as internal reporting, preparing registers and marketing activities
    • Making it possible for the Administrator to contact you in matters related to the concluded contract and its implementation

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations under the applicable law, as well as the legitimate interests of the Administrator, consisting in cooperation with the entity for which you work and the Administrator’s implementation of tasks related to the conducted business activity.


The personal data provided by you will be made available to persons working for the Administrator and under the Administrator’s control, as well as may be made available to external entities providing accounting and human resources services, quality management services, management services, and legal services.


Your personal data will be at the Administrator’s disposal for the duration of cooperation between you and the Administrator or cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work, and after this period for the period required by the applicable law or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or to assert the Administrator’s rights.


At any time, you have the right to access, rectify, supplement, delete your personal data, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data. If you withdraw your consent at any time, this does not affect the compliance of the data processing, which was made on the basis of the consent granted by you prior to its withdrawal, with the applicable law. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you decide that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation.

#Policy of Cookies

Own cookies (placed by the Administrator): authentication and maintenance of the website user session, correct configuration of selected functions of the website, optimization and improvement of service performance, increasing the reliability of the website, ensuring the security of the website. External cookies (placed by the Administrator’s partners): gathering general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools (Google Analytics, US-based Google Inc. Administrator)

4. PERSONAL DATA
The cookie mechanism does not allow collecting any personal data from the user’s device.

5. DELETION OF COOKIES
